QUESTIONS?

Where can we picnic?

Up to you! The picnic can be brought to a private residence or a public park. Reach out to us for some park suggestions local to the Chester County area!

Can we bring along our own food + beverages?

Absolutely! Bring along your favs - this is the best part of the picnic! WP cannot supply alcohol; please review the local park guidelines for alcoholic beverage use.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! Let us know beforehand and we’ll setup a water bowl and some treats. Please keep in mind the location of the picnic and comply with all park guidelines, if applicable.

Can I bring my kids?

You are welcome to bring your children with you to the picnic; however, WP does not setup for children’s parties.

What if something breaks while we’re picnicking?

Accidents happen! Most of our items are thoughtfully included to avoid these kinds of issues but if an item were to break, we'll work it out on a case by case basis to replace.

What should I bring with me?

Your friends! And anything you’d like to consume (outside of the water/sparkling water or food that is included).

What’s the deal with the record player?

Included in your picnic is a record player with an external power source and a curated selection of vinyl for you to use at your leisure during your picnic!

What about the weather?

Unfortunately, the weather does not always cooperate. If the day of your picnic arrives and there is rain in the area, we will either work with you to move your picnic indoors (picnics are all about getting creative!) or reschedule for the next available date.

What time can we picnic?

If the picnic is being held at a park or public place, we will more than likely need to follow the sun rule (most parks are open from dawn to dusk). If the picnic is being held at a private residence - the timing is up to you!
