How to book:

Please provide us with as many details as possible so that we can do our best!
Travel fees may apply for picnics outside of Chester County.
2. We’ll reach out via phone/email to confirm details.
3. Provide payment via Venmo or check.
Details provided once date is confirmed.
4. Show up on the day of your picnic!
Current availability: Gray shaded boxes indicate taken dates with no availability. Green checkered boxes indicate limited availability. All other dates are currently open for additional picnics, though not guaranteed. Please always reach out to us to confirm your requested date to see if we can accommodate!
Timing: Please note, if you are requesting a picnic in a public park, we will need to end the picnic in line with the sunset (most parks are not open after dark).
Booking Note: You are welcome to bring your children with you to the picnic; however, WP does not setup for children’s parties.
